We find the missing piece to each puzzle, through connection, investment, and supportive infrastructure for each company.  Sparta group is connected to a global, like-minded community that is continually searching for solutions to create less waste, reduce energy overuse, and ultimately help humans thrive and remain healthy with less of an impact on the earth.  Our family of companies is driven to care for our planet, and the humans that rely on it.

We ask questions, we make connections, and we listen.  We listen deeply.  And we look for solutions.  We have met hundreds of individuals who share the same goal to accelerate global healing and clean up our planet, and who bring unique experiences, backgrounds, and skills to the table.  We work with them to discover their strengths and identify the areas that require a little help.  If it’s investment, we search for the investors, if its supportive infrastructure, we engage our network, if it’s as simple as a connection with another expert in the field, we get them there. 

Our business unit model is founded on the values of leadership and accountability and is led by a strong people-focused infrastructure with individuals who continue to explore new partnerships.  We remain committed to incubating, capitalizing, and fostering new and existing companies and technologies, so we invest heavily in our most important resource; the human capital, which we believe is essential to our continued growth and success.
